I just wanted to thank you for pushing me and working me hard in our training sessions. I’m feeling stronger and more willing to try new exercises and moves outside our training. I’ve noticed that by using more/all my muscle groups in our training, I am burning more calories for several days after. This week l lost 2 pounds of fat – thanks to your training.
So, thanks for being so good at what you do and recognizing my limits while maximizing my workout!
